Return Policy
Please inspect your uniform carefully upon receipt.
- If you have received items that do not match your order form, please complete the online return form below to receive your corrected items.
- Items that have been received in error cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or the tags removed.
- If there is a defect in the quality or construction of your uniform, online form must be completed within 30 days of receipt. No items will be returned for exchange or replacement beyond 30 days from receipt.
- Items that have been embroidered are not exchangeable.
- Items that have been damaged due to excessive wear or handling cannot be returned as defective products.
- Employees who request exchanges in size or style will be subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee, all related shipping expenses, and applicable credit card fees. Requests only apply to un-embroidered items and must be made within 30 days of receipt. Payment is the employee’s responsibility and must be received prior to exchange.
